PDiary is a local‑first application designed for psychologists and mental health professionals. Your data stays on your device unless you explicitly export or back it up. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal or sensitive user data with third parties.

1. Data Collection

PDiary does not collect any personal information. All entries, client information, appointments, notes and documents remain securely stored on your device's local storage.

2. Data Sharing

No data is shared with us or with any third party. PDiary does not use analytics, advertising networks, tracking technologies, or remote servers.

3. Sensitive Data

PDiary may process sensitive personal information that you manually enter into the application (e.g., mental health notes, appointments, ICD‑10 codes). This information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted automatically.

4. Security

PDiary relies on your device’s operating system security. You are encouraged to secure your device with a PIN, password, or biometric lock.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by uninstalling the app or manually deleting exported files.

6. Internet Access

PDiary may access the internet only for optional features (e.g., subscription validation, cloud sync—if enabled in future versions). No personal data is transmitted unless you explicitly choose to use these features.
